London based producer Nick Gynn is best known for his work with Superlux Records but lands here on Highpath with is signature tech sounds. ‘Pull Up’ (Rough & Ready Acid mix) opens up with a slinky grover and rasping bass that pumps any party. ‘Bumpin & Gurnin’ cuts loose on a trippy vibe with withering synth lines over chunky house funk and ‘Pull Up’ (Lover Erotica version) then slips into a deeper vibe, with taught and pinging kicks and razor sharp hi hats. ‘Acid Drops’ is last but might be the best with its more atmospheric and organic sounds.

The label from Japan “Florklang” has started up in 2016. Now Florklang is releasing the second vinyl by producer TK Lawrence from Brooklyn who debut from Irish Cavalier and played actively in Dub Pistols.
The records include “They All Float Down Here” that he expressed the influence of horror-core into creepy organ sound. Also you could hear everywhere the taste of Hip-hop and Jazz from “Tribute To Where We Come From” and “Rap Dinosaurs” in Side B. Deeper Audio Cuts is back from its 20+ years hiatus!
Scott Featherstone (Triform / Glorious Springtime / Beyond A Void) had been sitting on a treasure of unearthed gems from his early days of production. After supplying us with a massive deadstock of his early releases, DAC001, DAC002 and VOID1 he stored for more than 20 years in a closet, Scott then dug into his DATS and sent us a pendrive stuffed with almost forgotten tracks from those same years.
At that point we thought that kickstarting Deeper Audio Cuts again together with Scott was the next step into the right direction.
With the first release after the hiatus, we reissue one of Scott’s most sought after records, “Lemmon Grass – Itchy EP”, co-produced with his then production partner Ben.We’ve compiled this special limited edition of 500 copies that includes 2 coloured vinyl: a green lime 12” and a dark green 10”, with the originals + previously unreleased versions and tracks.
